Computer Applications for BA students

A computer is an electronic device used for processing information fed by humans (now) and maybe the machines (in future). It has the ability to store, retrieve, and process data. A computer is used to type documents, send email, play games, and browse the Web. It can also be used to edit or create spreadsheets, presentations, and even videos.

Modern computers are interactive and complex but simply put, are input output devices. You input something, it will result in output on the computer screen or on a sheet of paper (if a printout is taken).

e.g.
You type on the screen of the computer

My name is Vandana

The screen will show
"My name is Vandana"

If you type

" Vandana name is my"

It will say
"Vandana name is my"

It will not correct anything that you input

Sale of Goods Act- Conditions and Warranties

The Sale of Goods Act, identifies the terms, ‘Conditions’ and ‘Warranties’ as being of a prime significance in a contract of sale. Both the terms imply a promise that is made by the seller. However, the difference between Conditions and Warranties arises due to the nature of the promise that is made in each case.
